Information we collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email address, and details you provide when creating an account or contacting us.
  • Order & billing data: products purchased, order history, billing address and information required to issue an invoice and meet tax/VAT obligations. Our products are digital downloads, so we do not collect a shipping address.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Communications: emails, chat and support requests you send us.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and how you interact with our website.

How we use your data & legal bases (GDPR)

  • Providing the products and your account — delivering downloads, managing your account and access to purchased files (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • Customer support — answering your enquiries (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).

Sharing your data

  • Processors that operate our store — including Shopify (our e-commerce platform and hosting), payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and email, analytics and other apps integrated with our store to deliver products and run the website. They act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
