Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after the sample/preset packs have been purchased. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal once the performance has begun — that is, once the digital content has been delivered or access has been granted (including but not limited to a download link being generated, the file being made available in your account, or a license key being issued) — with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal. This is because digital products are not tangible, and once they have been delivered or accessed, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the necessary software and plugins, including up-to-date versions, required to use the purchased content. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the lack of appropriate software or outdated versions. Failure to receive the purchase confirmation email does not entitle you to a refund, as the digital product is still available for download from your account on our website.
