By using the services and products offered by Sample Agency, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read this document carefully.

1. Use of our products & licensing

1.1. License. All sample packs and presets offered by Sample Agency are provided under a non-exclusive, 100% royalty-free license. You are authorised to use the samples and presets in your original music compositions without additional payment to Sample Agency, subject to the conditions below.

1.2. Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the sample packs or presets themselves, whether individually or as part of another sample pack, preset library or product. You may not claim ownership of the original samples or presets.

2. Purchases, pricing, refunds & right of withdrawal

2.1. Pricing. Prices are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments are processed through secure payment providers.

2.2. Refunds & withdrawal. Our products are digital. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but this right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Once delivery or access has begun, purchases are non-refundable. Full details, the conditions of this exception and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

2.3. Technical requirements. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the software and plugins (including up-to-date versions) required to use the purchased content. We are not responsible for issues arising from the lack of appropriate software or outdated versions. Failure to receive the purchase-confirmation email does not entitle you to a refund, as the product remains available for download from your account. For download issues, contact info@sample.agency.

3. Privacy & data collection

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

4. Intellectual property

All content — including sample packs, presets, logos, and text on our website — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Except for the license granted in section 1, you may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. "As is". Sample Agency provides its products "as is", without warranty except as required by law. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what applicable law requires.

5.2. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Sample Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary — for example, in the event of a breach of these Terms or misuse of our products — without prejudice to your statutory rights.

7. Governing law & consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of that protection.

8. Entire agreement & changes

These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sample Agency. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
