Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content, this right is lost once delivery has begun — that is, once access has been provided (a download link generated, the file made available in your account, or a licence key issued), provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right. Generating or sending the download link counts as the start of delivery, whether or not the file has actually been downloaded.
